What is Glass Skin?

Physical scrubs contain abrasive particles like ground walnuts, apricots, sugar, or coffee, while chemical exfoliating gels contain AHAs and BHAs in lower concentrations. Dermatologists often recommend chemical exfoliators for their gentler and longer-lasting effects.

There are many AHA chemical peels are available in market, you can choose one that suits you. Just make sure you use them in night time, so that new baby skin is not expose to sunlight immediately

To exfoliate, apply a small amount of the chosen product and massage in a circular motion with upward strokes for 30 seconds to enhance subcutaneous blood circulation, promoting improved nutrient supply to the skin.

  • In a bowl take 1 spoon of thick yogurt
  • Add 1/2 spoon of manuka honey in this and few drops of lemon juice
  • Mix and your peel is ready
  • Apply a layer of this on your clean face, leave for 15 minutes and then rinse it off

Step 3: Toner

Toners play a crucial role in augmenting skin hydration and maintaining the skin’s pH balance while also controlling excess sebum secretion. Step 4: Essence

Essences, water-based formulas designed for rapid absorption into the deeper skin layers, replenish your skin’s moisture. They often contain hydrating ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, natural plant extracts, essential oils, and other humectants, imparting brightness, firmness, and a plump, radiant appearance.

To apply essence, take 3 to 4 drops and gently pat them onto your skin.

Step 5: Face Pack

While not a daily step, face packs are important to get glass skin routine, used 2 to 3 times a week or more based on your skin’s needs. Choose a face mask suitable for your skin type and apply it after cleansing, toning, and using an essence.

Step 6: Serum
