Indian Skin Care To Get Glass Skin In 7 Days
“Glass skin” is a term used to describe a clear, flawless, and luminous complexion that resembles the smooth and reflective surface of glass. Basically there are 3 important keys when it comes to get glass skin, Hydration, Exfoliation & Protection
Here are seven steps that you can easily do at home to achieve glass skin:
Step#1 – Cleansing
To make this cleanser you can mix raw milk with honey, if you have dry skin. You can mix raw milk and sandalwood powder, if you have oily skin.
Dip a clean cotton ball in this mixture, and rub this all over your face. Leave it for 5 minutes and then wipe it off
Money is rich in lactic acid, that can deep clean your skin pores. Honey is natural humectant that will keep your dry skin moisturized
Sandalwood powder is rich in antiseptic properties that removes excess oil and also prevents acne, breakouts on your face.
Step#2 – Steaming
Many people uses steamer on face, but I will recommend to use hot towel on face instead of steamer. Just dip a towel in warm water, remove excess water from towel and wrap your face with this towel.
Leave it for few minutes on your face, and you’re done
Step#3 – Exfoliation
If you wanna make homemade face scrub, you will need
Oatmeal, and honey
Take 2 tbsp of oatmeal and grind it until you get fine powder
In this add 2 spoons of honey, mix and your scrub is ready
Apply the mixture to your face and gently massage in a circular motion for 1-2 minutes.
Rinse off with warm water and pat dry.
