Drink enough water
In summer season dehydration is a common problem. Water requirement increases in summer season due to excessive sweating, drink more water in summer season at least 10 glass of water as water removes toxins from our body and keeps you hydrated
Apply banana milk paste on the skin
Make a paste of milk and banana, apply this paste on your skin for 20 minutes to get soft and glowing skin
Rosewater excellent toner for summer
Toning is another great option to cleanse and maintain the skin’s health and looks. Toners help balance the skin’s pH levels which is crucial for its health and looks. Toner also helps in cleansing the skin of any residue or impurities like dead skin cells and dirt. Because of its natural cooling properties, rosewater is an excellent toner for summers. Daily wash your face with rose water to keep your skin clear and healthy and avoid issues like pimples and breakouts.
Massage with cold milk
