Amla juice and Henna for Shiny Hair

Amla contains antioxidants and plenty of vitamin C. This makes it add shine to the hair and make them bouncy and revitalized. Henna helps to color the hair naturally and gives them a tint of color which makes the hair appear shiny and healthy.

Ingredients:

  • ½ packet or organic henna powder
  • ½ cup of milk
  • ½ cup of amla juice
  • Petroleum jelly

How to:

  1. Mix the henna powder with the milk.
  2. Add in the amla juice and stir well until you get a smooth paste.
  3. Cover the vessel with a lid and leave the mixture undisturbed for 5-6 hours.
  4. After this, stir the mixture again.
  5. Apply some petroleum jelly to the outer perimeters of your face.
  6. Section your hair and apply the henna paste evenly using a brush or your fingers.
  7. Wrap your hair in a bun.
  8. Let the mask stay for at least 3-4 hours.
  9. Wash the paste off with plain water.
  10. Shampoo and condition your hair as usual.
  11.  Use this remedy once every two weeks.

 

Amla juice and Shikakai Powder for Hair fall

Amla juice and shikakai powder work very well together to prevent hair fall and open up the hair follicles. This allows the solution to penetrate better. Shikakai powder promotes the growth of new hair and helps to overcome the problem of hair thinning. Egg contains proteins that make hair silky and shiny.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of amla juice
  • ½ cup of shikakai powder
  • I egg

How to:

  1. Make a paste by combining all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Section your hair evenly and apply this mixture immediately.
  3. Wrap your hair in a bun and let the hair mask stay for 2 hours.
  4. Rinse using normal water.
  5. Shampoo and condition as usual.
  6. Repeat this remedy once a week.

 

Fenugreek & Coconut Oil Mask:

Firstly, grind 3-4 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds in a food processor. Mix the powdered mixture with 5 tablespoons of warm coconut oil. Mix both the ingredients well. Apply this mixture on your scalp and hair. Start applying the mixture from the roots then go down to the tips. Gently massage the mixture into your scalp. Leave it for about 2 hours. Then, wash your hair with lukewarm water. Apply this hair growth mask once a week.

Hot Oil treatment

  • Take some virgin coconut oil in a container.
