Glow Serum + Pack, 1 Week Challenge
Pollution, humidity and excessively oily/sweet food items, can lead to undesirable changes in the skin, making it lose its natural radiance, and glow.
Night time is the best time for your skin, when your skin can repair itself and you can get back your natural glow
Today in this blog, I will share one serum and pack recipe, they are rich in anti-oxidants, that will remove all toxins from your skin, and will also prevent skin damage
You can use serum every night on your face, and pack you can use 2-3 times in a week
So without any delay lets start with our post
- To make the serum first take 2 tbsp of grated beetroot
- In this add 1 spoon of rose water
- Next in this add 1 spoon of almond powder
- Mix it well and leave this mixture for 2-3 hours in refrigerator
- After 2-3 hours squeeze juice from this mixture
- In this juice add 1 spoon of aloe vera gel
- Mix it well and your face serum is ready
Now let me tell you how can you prepare the pack
To make this you will need oats, and honey
Take 1 spoon of oats in a clean bowl
In this add enough honey and leaves this mixture to rest, until oats gets soften
Your pack is ready now
Now coming to application part. In night time first deep cleanse your face
First do oil cleansing, and then clean your face with regular face cleanser
Pat dry your face, and now apply a layer of this pack all over your face
Leave it for 15 minutes on your face and then rinse your face with plain water
Sometimes you can can also try pack of mashed banana and curd. It is also very effective to repair damaged skin, and curd is rich in lactic acid, that removes dead layer from face
After rinsing this face pack, dry your face and now is the time to apply serum on face
Apply this serum on your face and neck, and you can leave this overnight on your face
For the best results, use this serum daily, and rinse your face next morning
