Do This 10 Minutes Before Bath

In this post I am going to share my secret that helped me to a lot to get back my original skin complexion. 

At last I will also share some tips to keep your skin at its best condition

To make this herbal bath powder you will need

  • Gram Flour – 2 tbsp
  • Green Gram Flour – 2 tbsp
  • Sandalwood Powder – 2 tbsp
  • Rose Petal Powder – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder – 1 tbsp
  1. Mix all these in a. Clean dry jar, shake it well and your bath powder is ready
  2. Take enough amount of this powder, make paste by adding rose water or milk in this
  3. Apply this on your body, rub gently in circular motion
  4. Let it dry for 10 minutes and then wash it off

Now let me share some tips, that I follow

  1. Drink a glass of lemon + honey water empty stomach. It alkanizes and cleanses your system.
  2. Take daily vitamin C supplement or drink a glass of orange juice everyday. 500mg for glowing skin. 1000 mg for skin whitening.
  3. Take a multivitamin and multimineral dietary supplement with heaviest meal.
  4. Take fish oil supplement
  5. Drink a glass of vegetable juice or a green smoothie each day. It could be made from seasonal vegetables or store bought green powder like wheat grass.
  6. Exercise. Exercise. Exercise. Importance of exercise can’t be stressed enough. It boosts blood circulation, flushes out toxins, bringing a rudious glow to your face.
  7. Water. Water. Water. Well hydrated skin is glowing skin. Aim to drink at least 8 glasses of clear liquid each day.
  8. Keep stress at Bay. Do anything you are drawn to. Could be yoga, meditation, music, book or even a glass of wine at diner time.
  9. Avoid all kinds of processed and packed foods.
  10. Avoid sugar, alcohol, and smoke.
