Desi Ubtan To Improve Skin Tone By 2 Shades

Since ancient times, Asian people are using homemade treatments to bring glow and shine back to your skin. Women prefer applying ubtan because the natural ingredients cleanse, exfoliate, and nourish the skin, all at the same time.

Today in this post, I will share 2 desi style butane recipes, that will make your skin radiant and brighter.

Strat with our ubtan #1, that is best for oily skin people

To make this one, you will need

1 tsp black urad dal
1 tsp green moong dal
1/2 tsp red sandalwood powder
1/2 tsp white sandalwood powder
A pinch of turmeric powder
& Rose water

First in a blender take both pulses, and grind it well until you get fine powder
In this add sandalwood powder, turmeric powder and enough rose water
Mix it to get smooth paste
Apply this pack all over your clean face, let it dry for 10-15 minutes and then rinse your face with cold water

This DIY is very effective to soak excess oil in your pores, and also helps to shrink size of pores on face

Now coming to ubtan#2, that is for normal to dry skin people

To make this one, you will need

  • Oats powder
  • Wild Turmeric Powder
  • Orange Peel Powder
  • Curd/Milk
  1. To make this ubtan, mix 2 big tablespoons of plain oats in powdered form, 1 big tbsp of Kasturi Manjal, also known as Amba Haldi powder), 1 tsp of orange peel powder.
  2. Mix everything well with either curd or milk, and your pack is ready
  3. Apply this pack all over your clean face, let it sit for 15 minutes and then rinse it off with cold water.
