Collagen Beauty Drink

Collagen is a crucial protein for maintaining skin health and elasticity. It is the most abundant protein in the skin, providing structure, firmness, and resilience. As we age, collagen production naturally decreases, leading to wrinkles, sagging skin, and loss of suppleness.

Using collagen for the skin is a common practice in skincare routines. There are various ways to incorporate collagen into your skincare regimen:

You can take collagen supplements, or include collagen rich foods in your diet

You can use collagen infused skin care products

Here are some collagen-rich foods.

  • Fruits like – citrus fruits, tropical fruits like guava, kiwi, pineapple, avocado, mango
  • Vegetables like – garlic, leafy greens, beans, tomatoes, bell peppers
  • Other foods like – bone broth, egg whites, chicken, fish and shellfish, berries, flax seeds
