Boiled Rice Challenge For 7 Days

Today in this post, I will share skin care routine with boiled rice. In this treatment we will use both starchy water part, and cooked rice part on our face.

This starchy water is an integral part of Korean and Japanese skin care treatments. It can be prepared at home easily. You can include it in your skin care routine and reap the benefits in the long run. It is inexpensive, and can do wonder on your skin.

So without any delay. Let’s start with our today’s blog

Step#1 – Cleansing

In this step, we will use boiled rice water, that remains after cooking

Boil a cup of rice with water, as you normally do. But make sure water quantity should be more, so that some water remains after cooking

Once rice gets cook, strain out the starchy water.

Let this water cool, and now it is ready to use as face cleanser

Take around half cup of this rice water. In this add around 2 spoons of lime juice, and 1 spoon of aloe vera gel.

Mix it well and your cleanser is ready

Apply a thin layer of this mixture on your face, leave for 10 minutes, and then rinse it off with cold water

Step#2 – Face Mask

In this step, we will prepare a cream based face mask, so you can use this on daily basis.

To make this face pack take 3 tbsp of cooked rice, and blend it well

In this paste add 2 tsp honey and one tsp of milk.

Mix it well and your pack is ready. Apply a layer of this pack all over your face and neck. Leave it for 15 minutes and then rinse your face with cold water.

Do these 2 steps daily for 7 days, and within a week you will notice visible change in your skin
