Black water To Reverse Grey Hair

Premature greying can be a sign of nutritional deficiencies or oxidative stress—but nature has a remedy for it. This powerful, age-old Ayurvedic recipe uses Amaltas (Golden Shower tree pods), fenugreek seeds, and kalonji seeds to restore your hair’s natural black color, nourish your scalp, and reduce hair fall. Rich in melanin-boosting and scalp-nourishing properties, this simple herbal tonic can become your secret to black, strong, and youthful hair.

Ingredients

1 stick of Amaltas (Cassia Fistula/Indian Laburnum) pod (dried or fresh)

1–1.5 glasses of RO or filtered water

1 tablespoon fenugreek seeds (methi dana)

1 tablespoon kalonji seeds (black seeds)

Procedure

  1. Break the Amaltas stick into small pieces using clean hands or a pestle. It should resemble tamarind in texture.
  2. Place the pieces in a bowl and pour 1 to 1.5 glasses of filtered water over them.
  3. Let it soak for 24 hours to infuse fully and release its natural nutrients.
  4. After 24 hours, transfer everything (soaked water + pod pieces) to a pan.
  5. Add another half glass of water and bring it to a gentle boil.
  6. Add fenugreek seeds and kalonji seeds to the boiling mixture.
  7. Simmer for 5–7 minutes on medium flame, stirring occasionally.
  8. Turn off the heat, let it cool completely, and strain the liquid into a clean spray bottle.

How to Use

  • Spray this tonic generously onto your scalp and entire hair length, especially focusing on grey-prone areas.
  • Gently massage it into the scalp.
  • Leave it on overnight, preferably with a cotton cloth wrapped around your head.
  • Wash your hair the next morning with a mild shampoo.
  • Use this remedy 2–3 times a week for best results.

Why It Works

  • Amaltas: Boosts melanin production, deeply conditions, and promotes scalp health.

  • Fenugreek Seeds: Rich in iron and nicotinic acid, strengthens roots and slows down greying.

  • Kalonji: Nourishes the scalp, reduces hair fall, and promotes the return of natural hair color.
