AHA Bridal Facial At Home

Alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) derived from fruit acids, are among the best ways to remove layer of dead skin cells gently, and reveal your brighter glowing complexion.

Today in this blog I will share basic steps of facial, where I have used fruit acid, that are rich in vitamins and filled with probiotics

So without any delay, let’s start with our article

Step#1 of this facial is cleansing

To make this cleanser, I have used lactic acid, as it is ideal for sensitive skin and fighting acne

To make this, take 1 spoon of yogurt in a bowl.
In this add 2 spoons of grapefruit juice.
Mix it well, and your face cleanser is ready
Apply this cleanser all over your face, let it sit for 10 minutes, and then rinse your face with lukewarm water

Next step of this facial is, exfoliation

For this purpose we will use glycolic acid.

Glycolic acid is one of the most popular rapid exfoliators available, making it a frequent additive in most anti-aging products.

It’s derived from sugar cane and has shown tremendous success regenerating the surface layers of the skin and lessening the appearance of superficial scars and hyperpigmentation

To make this one, you will need

2 tbsp of Jaggery powder (I personally prefer this one, you can choose sugar also instead of jaggery)
2 tbsp raw honey
And juice of half lemon

In a clean bowl mix all the ingredients, and your exfoliator is ready
Apply a layer of this paste on your face.
Rinse with warm water after 5–10 minutes. In the beginning, start with just 1–2 minutes and gradually increase the time with each application to a maximum of 10 minutes.

Last step of the facial is face pack.

To make this pack we will use clay with alpha hydroxy acids

In a clean bowl take 1 spoon of fuller’s earth powder
In this add 1 spoon of plain yogurt, or you can also add milk here, if you have dry skin
Next in this add 1 spoon of fresh orange juice, and 1 spoon glycerin in this
Mix it well and your pack is ready
Apply a layer of this and leave to for 10 minutes on your face
Rinse your face with cold water, and your facial is done

Just apply your face moisturiser, and enjoy your super soft bright skin
