We all wish to have flawless, even skin tone, that glows naturally. There are many skin care products that claim to give you flawless skin, but only 1 product is not enough, and also we don’t have time to follow many steps on daily basis
Skin care should be simple and effective. Today in this blog, I will share one very simple skin care routine, that you easily follow everyday and it will make your skin better everyday
So without any delay let’s start with our post
In morning first you should use a cotton pad soaked in micellar water. Rub it all over your face and neck, it will remove all night skin care products from your pores.
Also it is very effective to remove excess sebum from your pores
After cleansing with micellar water, you can use any gentle face cleanser
I normally prefer gram flour and honey mixture as best cleanser for morning time
Simply mix these two ingredients, apply this paste on your face and neck. Leave for 5 minutes and then wash your face with cold water
After cleansing next step that I follow is, serum
In daytime I prefer to use vitamin C and niacin amide serum
You can use vitamin C serum 5% or 10% in strength, all over your face.
If your serum strength is higher, use it as spot treatment on your dark spots
After vitamin C serum application, take few drops of niacinamide serum, and dab it on your face and neck
End your morning skin care with a layer of moisturiser and sunscreen
Vitamin C and niacinamide is very powerful combination to boost collagen, it also prevent free radical damage on your skin.
Now coming to night skin care
In night time, you should double cleanse your face to remove all pollutants from your pores
First do oil cleansing, and then clean your face with regular face cleanser
Foam based cleansers are best for oily skin, for dry skin you can use milk based face cleanser
In night time after cleansing you can apply few drops of retinol serums, as they are best for anti-aging
After retinol serum, apply a layer of moisturiser on face, and you’re done
If you have retinoid creams, first apply moisturiser, then apply retinoid cream and on top of that apply one more layer of moisturiser
Your night skin care is done.
Apart from this skin care routine, make sure you drink plenty of water and try to keep yourself stress free as much as possible
