So without any delay lets start with our 7 day routine
First I will share morning routine, that you must follow everyday
- In morning you must wash your face with mild or herbal face cleanser.
To make your own face cleanser mix honey and milk in a bowl. Apply a layer of this on your face, leave for 5-10 minutes, and then rinse your face with cold water.
If you have oily skin, you can mix honey, with few drops of lemon juice and water.
- After cleansing your face next step is toning.
To make toner, take 1 teaspoon of aloe vera gel in a bowl and add 2-3 drops of lemon juice to it. Mix well and apply it to your face.
Leave it on your face, and proceed to Japanese water therapy.
- Japanese people believe that, drinking more water is secret to get beautiful skin.
Drink at least 2 glasses of water with empty stomach, you can add 1 spoon honey and few drops of lemon juice in this.
Make sure that water should not be cold, drink room temperature or lukewarm water.
After that you can wipe your face, and apply your regular serums, moisturiser, and sunscreen on your face.
Now coming to night routine, that you must follow on daily basis.
In night time, removing your make up and sunscreen from face, should be your first step. For this purpose you can use micellar water.
After that you can wash your face with gentle foam based cleanser.
Now take some coconut oil in your palm and add 2-3 drops of lemon into it. Then, Rub your hands and massage your face and neck in an upward motion for 2 minutes.
This massage will improve blood circulation in your skin cells, so it glows naturally.
After this, take a bowl of hot water and put a face towel in it, then squeeze the towel and apply it to your face for 5 minutes.
Wipe off your face to remove excess oil from your face.
If you have pimples on your face then cut a garlic bud from the middle and apply its juice to the pimple. Pimple will be correct in 2-3 days.
At last drink a glass of lukewarm water, and get a good sleep.
Your morning and night routine is done here. Apart from that you must use face pack at least twice a week. You can use it in afternoon or evening time
