Like healthy breakfast is must for a good start, morning skin care is also very important for your skin. But in morning we all are in hurry, so this should be fast, simple and effective.
Today in this post, I will share few simple steps, that you can include in your morning skin care, to achieve healthy skin, that glows all day !!
So without any delay, let’s start with our blog
First thing that you should do in morning, is splash some luke warm water on your face. It will open your skin pores, and also extra sebum from your pores will come out.
In next step we will cleanse our face.
In morning time, there is no need to use any chemical on your face. Just take 1/4 tsp of wild turmeric powder in a bowl, mix it well with 1 tbsp honey. Sometimes you can also use also vera gel, instead of honey
Apply this cleanser all over your face, and let it sit for 10 minutes
In mean time we will also use a lip mask and eye mask.
To make this take 1/2 cucumber, and chop it. Blend this cucumber, with 1/4 cup of water
Pour this mixture into a bowl, and in this add 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder. Mix it well and your DIY is almost ready
Soak few cotton pads in this liquid and store them in fridge for future use
After applying cleanser on your face, put these pads on your eyes and lips, and wait for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, you can remove these pads, and rinse your face with cold water
It is better to use ice cold water for final rinse, as it helps to shrink skin pores, and also very effective for puffy eyes
Your cleansing part is done here, pat dry your face, and now this is the time for nutrition
Dab few drops of good vitamin C and Niacinamide serums on your face. These are basic vitamins that will make your skin barrier stronger
After serums application, coming to last step of this routine, that is hydration plus sun protection
In day time, it is better to use water based face moisturiser. And make sure you wear a layer of sunscreen before stepping out.
