4 minutes Daily To Get Beautiful Skin

Today in this post, I will share a very simple treatment that will hardly take 4-5 minutes of your time in morning, and you can enjoy flawless, super soft skin all day

This treatment is rich in B-vitamins, alpha hydroxy acids, calcium, and other potent antioxidants which makes it more beneficial when used every day.

This DIY nourishes skin cells from within and keeps your skin moisturised all day. It can even draw out excess sebum from skin pores and tighten the large pores over time after everyday use.

So without any delay, let’s start with our blog

Raw milk is the key ingredients of this cleanser, just take 2-3 tbsp of raw milk in a bowl and it will be enough

If you have normal skin, just add pinch of turmeric powder in milk, and your cleanser is ready

Soak a clean cotton ball and apply this all over your face and neck

Let it sit on your skin for 5 minutes and after that rinse your face with cold water

For acne prone skin, you can mix 1 tsp of honey and few drops of lemon juice, in raw milk.

Mix and your cleanser is ready

Massage this paste on your face in a circular motion for 2-3 minutes and wash it off with cold water.

For oily skin, you should also use yogurt with milk

In a bowl mix 1 spoon raw milk, 1 spoon of yogurt and some carrot juice

Mix and your cleanser is ready

Apply this paste all over your face and neck, leave for 5-10 minutes and then rinse your face with cold water

So till now I have shared recipe of cleanser, you can choose one as per your skin type

Pat dry your face with clean towel, and after that apply few drops pf vitamin C serum on your face.

End your morning cleansing routine with moisturiser and SPF
