Today in this post, I will share few simple steps that will reveal your true skin tone and texture, that glows from inside

In this whole exercise, our main aim is to shed off all dead skin cells present on your face, and give nutrition to healthy cells, so they can breathe well and glow

So now lets start with our blog

In first step of this routine, we will prepare a gentle face cleanser, that you must use in morning time

To make this cleanser, you will need just 2 ingredients

  • Rice Flour,
  • And Yogurt

Take a clean jar, in this take 3 tbsp of rice flour
Next in this add 3 tbsp of yogurt, mix it well and your cleanser is readyIt will be a very thick paste. Close the lid of jar, and you can store this cleanser in refrigerator upto 1 week. Now once cleanser is ready, let me tell you right way to use it

As I already told you, that you should use this cleanser in morning

Once you wake up in morning, first sprinkle some Luke warm water on your face for few minutes. It will open your skin pores, and will also remove excess oil from your face

Now take required amount of this paste in a bowl, around half spoon. In this add enough milk, rose water or potato juice, as per your skin type

Mix it well, once you get smooth paste like consistency, your cleanser is ready for application

Apply a layer of this paste all over your face, no need to massage, just apply a layer and let it sit on your face for 10-15 minutes

After that you can rinse your face with cold water

This cleanser is very effective to control excess sebum production from your pores, so it will also prevent acne and breakouts on your face

Yogurt in this cleanser is rich in alpha hydroxy acids, that will mildly remove all dead cells without physical exfoliation.

Next steps of this routine, includes topical application of serums on your face

In daytime I prefer to use, vitamin C and Niacinamide serum. Just dab a few drops of serum on your face, and you’re done.

At last you must use a good water based moisturiser, and sunscreen on your face

SPF is must in daytime, or your skin will produce more melanin for protection, that results in dark spots and pigmentation
