3 Steps Effective Night Skin Care
Night skin care is very important, if you want your skin to be healthy. During night skin can repair itself, but only if it is clean and hydrated
Many people use lot of skin care products in day time, but skips night skin care.
Skin care routine should be always gentle and one must follow a proper skin care, in morning and night time both
Today in this post, I will share very basic skin care steps, that you must follow before going to bed
Start with basic step#1 – First Remove Oil Based Impurities
Many people believe that if you do not apply makeup, just cleansing is enough
But let me tell you, if you wear sunscreen also, just cleanser is not enough to remove that from your face.
You can use micellar water for this purpose, or you can make your own oil based cleanser
In a clean bottle mix equal amount o jojoba oil, almond oil and olive oil. Mix and your oil cleanser is ready
Take few drops of this oil, and rub it gently all over your face and neck for 2 minutes
After that you can wipe your face with a damp muslin cloth
Now take your regular face cleanser, wash it properly and then rinse it off with cold water
Now coming to step#2, this is time to nourish your skin with supplements that it needs
For this if you wanna try natural thing, just apply a layer of milk all over your face, and leave it for 5 minutes
If you have super dry skin, you can also apply layer of milk cream on your face
After 5 minutes rinse it off well, and now this is the time to apply serums on face
If you have dull looking skin, it is better to use vitamin C serum on your face
And if you have aging signs on your face, you can dab few drops of retinol serum on your face
End your night skin care with a layer of lightweight moisturiser, and you’re ready to go for bed
