Today in this post, I will share a 28 days skin care guide suggested by her to achieve flawless skin, that glows naturally !!

Start with step#1 of this routine, that is cleansing twice a day

For your daily care routine, cleanse your skin twice a day, morning and night. 

First wash your face with a gentle face cleanser, and after that you can use homemade cleanser for deep face cleansing

If you have dry skin, take half-cup of cold milk and add five drops of coconut oil, mix and your cleanser is ready.

Dip a clean cotton pad in this mixture, and clean your skin with this. You can store remaining mixture in fridge.

For oily skin, you can mix rose water, cucumber juice and lemon juice in equal quantities. Wipe the face with it, using cotton wool, and cleansing is done !!

Now coming to 2nd step, that is skin nourishment.

You must nurish your skin daily, and you can do this anytime.

Mix honey with one teaspoon orange juice and apply on the face, to make it soft and smooth. Wash it off after 20 minutes.

This is suitable for all skin types, so you use it on your face without any worries.

Step#3 of this routine is scrubbing, that you must do every 4th day.

If you have sensitive skin, just apply a layer of yogurt on your face, and let it act for 15 minutes.

Lactic acid in yogurt will melt dead skin cells on your face

For normal to dry skin, you can make physical scrub

Take 3 teaspoons coarsely crushed sesame seeds in a bowl.
In this add one teaspoon each curd, honey and rose water.
Mix and your scrub is ready. Apply on the face and rub gently with small circular movements. Wash off with plenty of plain water.

Now coming to step#4 of this routine, that is face pack

You can use pack on your face next day after scrubbing.

To make this pack, you will need milk, oatmeal, honey, and gram flour. Mix them in equal amount in a clean bowl, and your pack is ready.

Apply this pack on your clean face, and let it sit for 15 minutes. After that you can rinse your face with cold water

Last step of this routine is moisturization.

Make sure your keep your skin well moisturised all the time.

It is best to use gel based moisturiser on your face in day time
