25 Minute Herbal Facial At Home
Today in this blog I will share simple facial steps, to pamper yourself at home with the best ingredients. For this facial you need just a few minutes of your time, and that also once in 2 weeks.
So without any delay lets start with our post
Before starting this facial, wash your face with mild face cleanser, pat dry and you’re ready to proceed
Step#1 – Cleansing
For this step, you need 1 ingredient, grated potato
Take the grated potato and rub on your skin for 5 minutes in gentle circular movements. This will take out the dirt and grime from your face.
After 5 minutes wipe your face with a tissue dipped in cold water
Raw potatoes are rich in minerals like Potassium, Sulphur and Phosphorous, and essentially these minerals are excellent for skin care.
Potato is very effective to remove tan from your skin
Step#2 of this facial is, Exfoliation
In a clean bowl take mashed papaya.
In this add oats powder or rice flour, until you get smooth mixture
Apply this paste on your face, and start to rub in upward circular motion
Follow this for 2 minutes and leave the paste on the skin for 5 minutes. Afterwards wipe the face with a clean tissue dipped in cold water.
Step#3 – Steaming & Toning
In this step we will take steam on our face for 5 minutes. Dip 2-3 tea bags in hot water and take steam of this on your face
After this steaming, rub some ice cubes on your skin for around 5 minutes, again gently. This will tone the face and close the open pores.
Step#4 – Massage
To make this massage cream, take 2 spoons of honey in a bowl
In this add 1 spoon of coconut milk for dry skin and 1 spoon of orange juice for oily skin
Mix and your massage gel is ready
Apply this gel on your face and start to massage it on your face in upward circular motion
After 3-4 minutes apply one more layer and continue massaging your face
Do this massage for 10-15 minutes and you’re done
Your facial is done her. Just wash your face with cold water and pat dry
After this facial do anti-oxidant treatment, apply few drops of vitamin C serum on your face followed by niacin amide serum, and you’re done
