15 Minutes For Instant Glow
In this post I will share very quick 3 steps routine, that will help to restore lost glow on your face. In all these steps I have used natural ingredients that are easily available in your kitchen all the time.
We will do this treatment in morning, before starting with this treatment wash your face with your regular face cleanser to remove excess oil from your pores
Step#1 – Cleansing & Toning
For oily skin
Mix 1 spoon of apple cider vinegar and 1 spoon of water in a clean bowl. With the help of a clean cotton ball apply this solution all over your face.
Leave it for 5 minutes on your face
For dry skin
Mix 1 spoon of coffee powder and 1 spoon of water in a bowl. Apply this solution all over your face.
Leave it for 5 minutes
For Normal/Sensitive Skin
Apply rose water all over your face, and leave it for 5 minutes
After 5 minutes wash your face with ice cold water, and you can go to step#2
Step#2 – Face Massage Gel
To make this massage gel, you will need
- Honey – 1 spoon
- Aloe vera gel – 1 spoon
- Turmeric – a pinch
- In a clean bowl mix all above ingredients, and your massage gel is ready
- Apply this on your face and neck, and do massage in upward motion
- If it is not spreading easily, you can also add more aloe vera gel in this
Do this massage for 5 minutes, and then wash your face.
Pat dry and go to step#3
Step#3 – Face pack
To make this pack, you will need
- 1 spoons gram flour
- 1 spoons rice flour
- 1 spoon coffee powder
- 1/2 spoon of coconut oil
- Add enough milk
- Take a clean bowl, mix all the ingredients and your pack is ready
- If coconut oil doesn’t suit your skin type, you can also use jojoba oil or almond oil
- Apply this pack on your face and neck
- Leave for 15 minutes and then wash it off
Your morning treatment is done here. Finish your skin care with layer of moisturizer and sunscreen on your face
