Super Plants For Hair Growth & Thickness

There are two special tropical plants that are considered super plants for hair growth and thickness. They have been used traditionally for several centuries in India to maintain hair thickness, prevent hair loss, and strengthen follicles from the roots.

The Super Plants

1. Bhringraj

Bhringraj is called the king of herbs. It promotes hair growth, luster, softness, and strength. It also prevents gray hair. One study proved that Bhringraj is more effective than minoxidil in treating male pattern baldness.

2. Hibiscus

In Ayurveda, hibiscus is highly recommended to treat bald spots, stop hair fall, and encourage hair regrowth. The flavonoids and amino acids in hibiscus stimulate dormant follicles to regrow. It also cures dandruff and prevents premature graying of hair.

How to Make the Hair Mask

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of Bhringraj powder (you can get any good brand from the market)
  • 2 tablespoons of hibiscus powder (you can add more of equal quantities of both powders if you have long hair)
  • Curd or yogurt (for normal or dry scalp, choose the creamy part of the yogurt for best softness of hair)
  • Green tea (for oily hair, use instead of yogurt)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, take around 2 tablespoons of Bhringraj powder.
  2. Add the same amount (2 tablespoons) of hibiscus powder.
  3. If you have a normal or dry scalp, use curd or yogurt. Try to choose the creamy part of the yogurt for the best softness of hair.
  4. If you have oily hair, instead of yogurt, use green tea to make a paste.
  5. Let this paste sit for 10 to 15 minutes.
  6. Apply this paste all over your hair and scalp.
  7. Leave it on the hair for 30 minutes or more.
  8. Wash away with a mild shampoo.

Repeat this process twice a week, and within a few weeks, you will notice thicker, stronger, and softer hair.
