Skincare Routine For Sensitive Skin Type

Sensitive skin type is very difficult to deal with.
it can react to anything and can lead to serious problems like breakouts etc.
You can look for more natural and gentle ingredients to keep your skin happy.

1st Step:
You’ll Need:

  • 3 Tbsp Organic Cold Pressed Extra virgin Coconut oil
  • 1 Tsp Raw Honey
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda ( if you want you can skip adding baking soda)
  • 1 small container with lid
  1. Take Coconut oil in a small bowl and stir with the help of a spoon, if it is really solid then warm the oil a bit and stir the oil with a spoon until creamy ( not liquid).
  2. Add 1 Tsp of raw Honey and add it to the bowl.
  3. Next, add baking Soda and stir everything well.
  4. Transfer it into a clean and dry container with a lid.
  5. You can store it at room temperature.
  6. No worries if it hardens while keeping, it will melt when applied to skin from your body heat.
  7. Use a tiny spoon to scoop out a small amount on your palm.
  8. Apply to face and neck, and move fingers in circles around the face to exfoliate, it works like a cleansing balm.
  9. Let it sit on the face for a minute to draw out toxins, it will remove even the waterproof makeup.
  10. After that rinse and remove with warm water and followed by a soft washcloth.
There could be some oil residue left but it easily absorbs and leaves as soon as you pat dry with a clean dry towel.

2nd Step Toner
You’ll Need:

  • 3-4 drops of tea tree essential oil
  • 1/2 cup distilled water
  • 1 spray bottle
  1. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate.
  2. With each use shake well as tea tree oil would otherwise float all over the water surface.
  3. After washing your face then use it every day, morning and night.

The problem with skin that is sensitive and prone to acne is that it must be kept clean, moisturized, and covered, but not all products are suited to these skin types.
Toning is a vital step in skincare that will help flush all the remains of oil out of the skin and also reduce sebum development in the skin making it a very successful step in controlling acne and oiliness.
Tea tree oil is effective in soothing inflammation and controlling acne.

  4. Once it has completely cooled down, add aloe vera juice.
  5. Add vitamin E oil/capsules.
  6. Use an electric blender until everything is well mixed you can also use a fork.

Shea butter – has a high vitamin and fatty acid content

Aloe Vera juice – soothing, antioxidants, acne prevention, anti-aging, hydrating

Vitamin E – Obviously perfect for moisturizing, added to hold the lotion longer and minimize scars and age-spots.

Lavender essential oil – acne fighter, redness reducer
