- Finely chopped onions: 2
- Strainer: 1
- Gram flour: 2 teaspoons
- Nutmeg: half a teaspoon
- Peppermint essential oil: 2 drops
- Pumice stone: 1
- Lukewarm water: half a tub
- Towel: 1
- Strain out the onion pulp with the help of a strainer to extract fresh onion juice.
- Add gram flour and all the other ingredients in it to make a thick paste.
- Now dip your feet in lukewarm water for a while.
- Gently exfoliate with a pumice stone for a minute or so.
- Wipe your feet with a towel.
