This 40 Minutes Potato facial that can change your whole skin

Today in this post, I am going to share one easy to do natural facial with potato, that will speed up the fading of dark spots, pigmentation on your face, and will give you radiant skin instantly.

Potato has a high iron content which promotes a healthy, and radiant complexion. Potato contains azelaic acid which acts as a natural skin brightening agent.

Before starting with facial steps, take 2 medium size potatoes, wash them well, and now grate them.

Squeeze this grated potato to extract juice out of it. We will use this potato juice in all our facial steps.

Step#1 – Cleansing

  1. In a clean bowl take 2 spoons of potato juice
  2. Next in this add 1 spoon lemon juice and 1 spoon honey in this.
  3. If you have dry skin, you can add 1 spoon milk instead of lemon and honey.
  4. Mix it well, and your cleanser is ready.
  5. Dip a clean cotton ball in this, and apply this cleanser on your face
  6. Leave this cleanser for 5 minutes on your face, and then rinse it off

Step#2 – Exfoliation

  1. To make this take 1 spoon of rice flour in a bowl
  2. In this add enough potato juice, until you get smooth scrub like consistency
  3. Apply this paste on your face, and rub it gently for 2 minutes on your face
  4. Now wipe your face, and you can proceed to step#3

Step#3 – Face Massage

  1. In a bowl, take 2 spoons of aloe vera gel.
  2. In this add 1 spoon of sweet almond oil, and 1 spoon of aloe vera gel
  3. Mix it well, and your massage gel is ready
  4. Apply this gel all over your face, and start to massage your face in upward motion.
  5. Do this massage for 10-15 minutes

Step#4 – Glowing Face Pack

  1. In a bowl take 2 spoons of fuller’s earth powder
  2. Next in this add 1 spoon of curd, and 1 spoon of potato juice
  3. Mix it well, and your pack is ready
  4. Apply this pack all over your face and neck
  5. Leave for 15 minutes, and then rinse your face with cold water

Your facial is done here, dab few drops of serum and moisturiser on your face, and you’re done
