4 Steps Morning Skin Care Ritual
Both morning and night skin care, is very important. Night skin care should be more focused on skin repair, while in morning you should focus more on skin nourishment and protection from harmful UV rays and pollution
Today in this post, I will share my morning skin care ritual, that will help you to glow your skin internally
So without any delay, let’s start with our article
Tip#1 – Keep your gut clean
When it comes to beautiful skin, there is a strong connection between healthy gut and skin.
To make it happen, make sure you start your day with a glass of lukewarm water.
Take 1 glass of warm water, in this add few drops of lemon juice, and 1 tsp of raw honey. Mix it well, and your morning drink is ready
Daily drink 1 glass of this, as soon you wakeup, and have breakfast at least 45 minutes after.
Tip#2 – Gentle Face Cleansing In Morning
In morning time, there is no need to use any chemical on your face
In a bowl mix 1 spoon of tomato juice and 1 spoon honey.
Apply a layer of this mixture on your face, let it dry for 2-3 minutes and then apply one more layer of this on your face
Let it sit for 5 minutes on your face, and then you can wash your face with natural face cleanser
To make this I normally use gram flour, red sandalwood powder, and red lentil powder
In a glass jar mix 2 parts of gram flour powder, 1 part of red sandalwood powder, and 1 part of red lentils powder.
Mix it well and your cleanser is ready
Take required amount of this powder in your palm, mix it will water or milk to get smooth paste, and now apply this cleanser on your face
Rub it gently for 2 minutes, and then you can rinse your face with cold water
Step#3 – Skin Nourishment
Now once your skin is clean, it is time for nourishment
In daytime, I prefer vitamin C and Niacinamide face serums. Just dab a few drops of these serums on your face, and you’re done
After serum applications, apply a layer of water based moisturiser on your face !!
Step#4 – Protection
The last and final step of morning skin care routine is, sun protection
Make sure you wear a layer of SPF on your face, in day time, to protect your facial skin from harmful sunlight.
