2 Minutes In Morning That Changed My Skin

Today in this post, I will share my basic steps that I do every morning, and my skin has changed a lot in last 60 days.

All steps are very basic and easy to follow.

First thing that you must do in morning, is splash some warm water on your face. Do this splashing for 1 minute. This will open your skin pores, and will also remove any extra sebum from your pores

Next take your face cleanser, and start to gently rub it on your face. Do this cleansing for 1 minute and after that rinse your face with cold water.

Next thing that I use on my face is organic honey, apply a layer of honey all over your face, and let it sit on your face for 10-15 minutes

Honey is a great humectant, it will attract moisture to your skin, and keep it soft and supple.

During same time, you can enjoy your detox drink, that will remove all toxins from your body, and also boost production of new skin cells.

To make this drink, you will need,

  • 2 apples,
  • 1 beetroot,
  • and 3-4 carrots
  1. Peel and chop these fruits, add them in blender
  2. Add half glass of drinking water in this, and blend it well
  3. Filter this juice, and your drink is ready
  4. You must daily consume a glass of this drink, at least 30 minutes before breakfast

After 15 minutes, wash your face to remove honey, and your basic skin care routine ends here. After that you can use your regular serums, moisturiser, and sunscreen on face
