1 Wash glow Challenge

Today in this post, I will share a very gentle face cleanser that will start to show results in just 1 wash, and in just few days of use you can see visible differences in your skin

We will prepare this cleanser differently for each skin type, so that your skin can get maximum benefits from this.

We will use milk for normal to dry skin, curd for combination skin and rose water for oily skin

So without any delay let’s start with preparation of this face cleanser.

First thing that you need to prepare this cleanser, is red lentil powder.

I prefer to use powder that is available in market, as it will be very gentle on your skin

Take 1 tbsp of this powder in a bowl, add enough milk or curd, or rose water in this.

Leave it overnight like this to soak

Next morning in this add 1/2 spoon of chickpea flour, 1/2 spoon of oats powder, 1/2 spoon coffee powder, and 1/4 spoon of sandalwood powder

Mix it well. If consistency is very thick, you can add more milk or rose water in this

Your face cleanser is ready now

In morning apply this cleanser on your face, rub it gently for 2 minutes on your face

Let it dry for 5 minutes and then rinse your face with water

I personally prefer to wash face with water for 4-5 minutes. First 2 minutes with warm water and then with ice cold water for next 2 minutes

In just 1 wash, you can feel that extra soft, bouncy, and glowing skin

Use this face wash daily for 1 week to get tan free, flawless, ultra glowing skin

After this face cleansing pat dry your face.

Do anti-oxidant treatment with few drops of vitamin C serum on your face, and end your skin care with a layer of moisturiser and SPF
